I Want Help Getting Ready For an OCR Event

I have been running Obstacle Races since the Summer of 2014. Iv’e been fortunate enough to have helped many clients get ready for their OCR events and have even run alongside them to help with motivation and to see them cross that finish line. What Is The Consultation Process?

The consultation process involves the filling out of a digital COVID-19 form as well as a digital Physical Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire. Once this has been completed, we will meet for around 15 to 30 minutes to discuss your goals, medical history and more prior to our first session together.

I Have A Health Condition, Can I Still Train?

Absolutely. It is always best to ask your GP before you take part in any form of physical exercise. If you are on any medication, I also will need access to this information prior to starting your fitness schedule.

I Teach Classes & I Need A Cover Instructor

I have been teaching a variety of classes for many years. If you have a bootcamp, kettlebell or HIIT class that needs covering if one of your instructors call in sick or go on holiday, then with enough notice, I can cover.
